JK Method

JK Method is a personal training system that implements simple, quick, effective fitness techniques that can be practiced anywhere, at home or in a gym. Our workouts are simple and yet creative enough to prevent boredom and burn-out. Are you tired of useless training techniques that offer no results? Are you tired of long pointless fitness sessions? When you train using the JK Method, you will train with purpose!

Our goal is to help people understand and achieve total fitness. We provide education about proper nutrition and we encourage you to have a positive mindset. Wellness is more than having a nice body, it is about being the healthiest and strongest version of yourself.

Many people struggle with starting and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. You may be struggling with not having the time to workout, not being able to lose weight and keep it off, or being too ashamed or intimidated to go to the gym. Maybe you don’t know how to overcome certain physical ailments, or you just don’t know how to incorporate fitness into your life.

We want to encourage you! We can show you how to squeeze an effective workout into your busy schedule. You don’t even need a gym! We can explain easy nutrition methods without all of the confusing scientific jargon. We will coach you through your fitness frustrations. We want you to feel comfortable and confident in your own body. Let us partner with you on your fitness journey!

Our Services

Our coaching is about partnering with you to determine a vision and purpose for reaching your personal fitness and wellness goals. Many people struggle with their physical being. We can provide the support of a coach that is needed to improve overall fitness, establish good eating habits, and manage stress.

ONLINE PERSONAL TRAINING

Train at home, a gym, or in a virtual training session to receive the personal attention you need to accomplish your fitness goals. You will receive a training plan, email check-ins for accountability, nutritional guidance, workout program adjustments, and assistance in tracking your fitness progress.

PRIVATE AND SMALL GROUP TRAINING

These sessions are designed to meet the needs of individuals with similar goals and specific interests. Private sessions are one-on-one personal training sessions. Small-group sessions are training sessions with friends, co-workers, or other individuals that share the same interests or goals.

Coach Kelley

John Kelley, Personal Trainer

“Being a fitness coach gives me the opportunity to change and transform the lives of people by teaching them how to live a healthy balanced life with purpose.” ~ Coach Kelley

John Kelley is a fitness coach who wants to help people become healthy and in shape with purpose. He believes that when one understands the purpose of something, it is much easier to move in the right direction to accomplish a goal. The Kelley Method uses principles to help people get in shape to attain overall fitness and well being. These principles are Purpose, Move, Focus, and Inspire.

John Kelley holds a Master’s degree in Exercise and Sports Science. He is a Certified Personal Fitness Trainer (CPFT), Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), and a 200 hour Certified Yoga Teacher (CYT).

THE JK METHOD

The technique used to help people get in shape are from various fitness styles such as calisthenics, sports performance, weights, circuits, and flexibility training. The signature techniques (solid, shift, solace, sequence, and synthesis) are full body movements to strengthen muscles, achieve proper body weight, improve flexibility, and change the mind.
